Booking Terms
Practical terms for sessions, schedules and delivery. Last updated: 10 April 2026.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed when both parties have agreed scope, format, date and fee in writing (including by email). Submission of an enquiry form does not constitute a booking.
Delivery formats
Sessions are delivered live online or face-to-face, in English. If interpretation is required, the client is responsible for arranging and funding this. For face-to-face sessions, the client is responsible for providing a suitable venue unless otherwise agreed.
Fees and payment
All fees are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are as specified in the booking confirmation. We may require advance payment for some session formats.
Travel and accommodation
For face-to-face sessions, reasonable travel and accommodation costs may be added to the session fee. These will be agreed in advance and not applied retrospectively.
Rescheduling and cancellation
- Cancellations with more than 10 working days' notice: no charge
- Cancellations with 5–10 working days' notice: 50% of agreed fee
- Cancellations with fewer than 5 working days' notice: 100% of agreed fee
- Rescheduling requests are accommodated where possible at no charge with reasonable notice
- If we need to cancel or reschedule due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund
Materials
Session materials provided are for the internal use of the client's organisation only. They may not be reproduced, shared externally or used commercially without our written consent.
Client responsibilities
The client agrees to: provide accurate information about team size and requirements; ensure participants are available at the agreed time; provide appropriate technology for online sessions; arrange suitable venue and logistics for in-person sessions; and manage any interpretation requirements.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive commercial information shared during the course of the engagement.
Liability
Our liability in connection with any booking is limited to the fee paid for that session. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
