About these terms
These terms govern your use of utptraining.eu and any services provided by Bright Citrus Limited t/a UTP training (company number 08458708, 31 Lower Gungate, Tamworth, Staffordshire, B79 7AT, England). By using this site or engaging our services you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide EU unfair trading practices training, consultancy and advisory services for the agri-food supply chain. Services are described on this site but the specific scope of any engagement is agreed in writing before it begins.
Enquiries are not binding
Submitting an enquiry via this site does not create a contract. A contract is only formed when both parties have agreed the scope and terms in writing.
Fees and payment
Fees are agreed prior to the start of any engagement and stated exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. Payment terms are as set out in the relevant engagement agreement or our Booking Terms.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat confidential information shared during an engagement as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
Intellectual property
All training materials, slides, documents and content produced by us remain our intellectual property. You may use materials for internal purposes only and may not reproduce or distribute them commercially without written consent.
Website use
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that infringes the rights of others. We reserve the right to restrict access to the site at any time.

Liability
We provide information and training in good faith but do not guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability for any loss arising from our services or site use is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
